Gym Guidelines

1. Respect

  • Be on time. That means early if you need prep time such as tape etc.
  • Respect others. No place for ego
  • Here, we are all equal.

2. Attitude

  • No drama in the gym
  • No whining
  • Be honest
  • Encourage others

3. Hygiene

  • We should all be adults and this should not be a column !

4. Environment

  • Clean up after yourself to maintain a safe and productive work space.
  • Don’t abuse the chalk

5. Decorum

  • As long as your attire is not considered indecent to Coonewah CrossFit then you are ok. We want you to be comfortable during your workout.
